I'm Scuttle.  I was born June, 2017 and am a male chihuahua mix.  I bond really tight with my person and really LOVE to be with them. I'm tiny and love to be carried around where ever my person goes. I'm am not hyper or barky but a little nervous in loud, chaotic situations.
